He has held senior roles at WesBank (FirstRand Bank), Absa Private Bank, Bidvest Bank, and Ernst & Young, with deep expertise in credit and risk management, financial analysis, strategic advisory, and banking operations.
At Bidvest Bank, Christopher held multiple roles including Credit Analyst. He conducted rigorous financial analyses for lending applications, developed risk models, and provided strategic recommendations to management on facilities ranging ranging up to USD 580m.
During his tenure at WesBank, Christopher contributed as a Senior Credit Analyst, overseeing deal flow management, internal governance, and pricing strategies across a wide range of lending sectors. He conducted comprehensive financial, industry, and business analyses, negotiated facility terms with C-suite executives, and prepared detailed proposals for approval by credit committees. Christopher's focus on governance, compliance, and process optimization enhanced efficiency and strengthened internal frameworks.
At Ernst & Young, he served as a Manager in the Banking and Capital Markets division, where he gained extensive experience with Tier-1 European and US investment banks. Samir brings over 18 years of experience across leveraged finance, sponsor coverage, and capital markets. He has worked at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as part of the Leveraged Finance Origination / Sponsor Coverage team, where he led origination, underwriting, structuring, and distribution across Technology, Business Services, and Education sectors.
Prior to Barclays, Samir was a Director in Leveraged Finance at Bank of America, focusing on leveraged finance origination and distribution across High Yield Bonds and Leveraged Loans, particularly sponsor-backed LBOs. He began his career as an Equity Derivatives Trader at Morgan Stanley, gaining strong market experience in equity derivatives.
Samir holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kingston University and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from City St George's, University of London.
Jason Meyer – Senior Consultant

Previously, at Demica, he specialised in technology-enabled receivables finance solutions, advising corporate and institutional clients on data architecture, transaction structuring, implementation, and distribution strategies. His work combined financial engineering expertise with scalable platform capabilities to unlock funding solutions for clients and investors.
During his tenure at Mizuho Bank, Jason built extensive expertise in inventory finance, supplier finance, dealer floorplan securitisations, ABS capital markets, and other structured credit solutions for large corporates and financial institutions across international markets.
Earlier in his career at Rothschild and Deutsche Bank, he focused on debt strategy, acquisition financing, distressed restructurings, warehouse facilities, and multi-jurisdictional receivables programmes, establishing a strong foundation in complex capital solutions across multiple asset classes.
Ankita Yadav – Senior Consultant
Ankita brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and cross-border business development across the consulting, healthcare, and advisory sectors. She has experience as as Senior Manager at DaVita International, where she led the development, execution, and oversight of high-impact strategic initiatives across 11 countries spanning EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. Ariel has previous experience in a Market Operations role at IX Indobursa Exchange, an independent commodity futures exchange focusing on trading strategic commodities, with the goal of strengthening trade governance and establishing a trusted market price reference. In this role, he was involved in supporting operational processes within the exchange environment and contributing to the development of efficient commodity trading systems.

Keatan Rasmussen Kaul – Associate Director
